바루다

 

을에 대한 갑의 부당행위를 얘기할 때 자주 등장하는 ‘생사여탈권’이란 말은 잘못된 표현이다. 
살리고 죽일 수 있는 권리와 주고 빼앗을 수 있는 권리를 이르는 것이므로 ‘생살여탈권(生殺與奪權)’으로 바루어야 한다.
