Sometimes I feel like I will go crazy.

These days, I often feel like I will flip out.

After this time passes, I think I will be fine.

Sometimes I feel like …
I will go crazy → 미래 will + 동사원형.
These days →
flip out → “화내다, 미치다” (구동사).
After this time passes → 시간 부사절, 현재형 passes 써야 함.
I will be fine → 미래 will + 형용사.

At times, I feel as if i might lost my mind.

These days, I often sense that i am about to snap.

I believe that once this period is over, I will feel better.

at times → “때때로”
as if I might lose my mind → 가정적 느낌, as if + 조동사 might.
sense that …
be about to → “막 ~하려 하다.”
once this period is over → 시간 접속사 once, 완료 수동형 “is over(끝나다).”
I will feel better →

There are moments when i feel as though i am on the verge of losing my sanity.

Lately, I frequetly sense myself teetering on the edge of a breakdown.

I trust that once this phase has passed, I will regain my composure.

There are moments when …
as though I am on the verge of … → as though = 마치 ~인 것처럼 / on the verge of = 막 ~하려는.
losing my sanity → 동명사 형태, sanity = 이성.
teetering on the edge of …
once this phase has passed → once + 현재완료, “~가 지나가면.”
regain my composure → composure = 평정심, 침착함.
