성장

지금의 나에게 성장은 무엇일까?

목표나 옳다고 여기는 것을수고롭더라도, 하기 싫더라도 
한 번 더, 10초 더 하는 것이다.

멈추더라도 다시 시작하고, 계속하는 것이다. 

 

더불어 성장의 동력은 사소한,

심지어 하찮게 느껴지는 나의 성취를

나 스스로 '잘했다' 인정하고 칭찬하는 것이다.

mean, hold significance: 의미하다, 중요성을 가지다
in the present stage of my life: 내 삶의 현재 단계에
growth: the process of developing or improving
significance: the importance or special meaning of something.

Growth is doing what I believe is right or my goal, even if it is hard, even if I don't want to, one more time, ten seconds more.

Growth mean pursing what I see as right ar as my goal, even when it feels burdensome or undesirable, by pushing myself one more time, ten seconds longer.

Growth consists in acting upon what i regard as just or purposeful, despite hardship or reluctance, by extending effort once more, even for ten exrat seconds.

Even if i stop, I start again and keep going.
Even if i pause, I choose to restart and continue.
Though interruptions occur, growth is resuming after each halt and sustaining the process

Also, the power of growth is admitting and praising my small success, even if it feels trivial.

Moreover, the driving force of growth lies in recognizing and affirming my chievements, however mionr or seemingly insignificant, by telling myself "well done."

Furthermore, growth is fueled by acknowledging and celebrating even the most negligible accomplishments, granting myself recognition with the simple words "I did well"
