자명하다

   - 설명이나 증명을 하지 않아도 그 자체로 알 수 있을 정도로 명백하다.

 

명백하다

  - 의심할 여지가 없이 아주 뚜렷하다

 

마주하다

  - 정면으로 대하다

'사랑하지 않아서 그랬어.'라는 문장을 만난 후

자명한 것, 명백한 것을 마주하는 태도가 생겼다.

그 덕분에 부정적인 감정을 객관적으로 바라볼 수 있었다.

 

After I read the sentence, "I didn't love you"

After I encountered the sentence, " I didn't love you."

Upon encounering the statement, "It was becase I didn't love"

 

I got the attitude to face what is clear and obvious.

I developed an attitude of confronting waht is self-evident and obvious.

I cultivated a disposition to confront the self-evident and the undeniable

 

Thanks to it, I could see negative feelings objectively.

Because of that, I was able to loot at negative emotions with objectivity.

consequently, I was enabled to view negative emotions through an objective lens.
